Fixed an issue with the Shardglass Thorn respawning once used if the Faerie portal ritual hasn't been completed. Also added a check to keep the player from using too much Void Essence on the altar during the ceremony process and wasting the essences.
Increased the size of the interaction area on the pillar puzzle in the Crypts to make it easier to place the 4 stone reliefs in their stone holders.
