GAMEPLAY & BALANCE

• Global Martial Power scaling for all Abilities increased from 0.35 to 0.50.
• Added a new hostile character: Ravani Pilferer.
• Added a new greater attribute: +% Periodic Damage.
• Added a new event to Heroic Expeditions: Reinforced Chest.

ITEMS

• Added a new armor set: Worn Rags, Worn Gloves and Worn Boots.
• Added a new weapon: Shiv.
• Added new accessories: Muck-covered Strand and Guck-dripping Round.
• Added a new consumable: Gluing Tape.
  Allows multiple equipment items of the same type to be combined together.
• Added a new consumable: Passepartout.

ABILITIES

• Bilebolt (Ravani Stenchmancer) base damage reduced from 5.25 to 4.65.
• Summon Efreeti cooldown reduced from 60 to 40 seconds.
• Magic Missile now also has 15% Pierce.

Fixes

• Efreeti should now cast his Abilities more consistently.
• Imodeeum the Constipated should no longer find himself trapped between vines during "Sounds Like a Plant" quest.
• Various tooltip fixes for Abilities.
