v0.8.8 Bug fixes and balance patch

- Did some upgrade balancing regarding weapon and ability limits. Weapons and abilities limits are still generous to keep the game fun.

- Fixed tooltips displaying wrong stats
- Fixed bug where abilities from previous game session is persisting on damage tally
- Fixed crouch animation from v0.8.7
