This update has a lot of smaller improvements and bugfixes - especially to the tutorial, but the biggest new things are enemy stunning and casks.
Added casks to make cheese.
Changing a region used in a job now lets you update or cancel the job (instead of leaving it with the old region bounds).
Plants and seeds now tell you if they are unwatered, untilled, freezing or overheating on hover.
Added 24-hour time option

Made common afowl easier to defeat
