QoL Update 0.2.13

This update has a lot of smaller improvements and bugfixes - especially to the tutorial, but the biggest new things are enemy stunning and casks.

• Added casks to make cheese.

• Changing a region used in a job now lets you update or cancel the job (instead of leaving it with the old region bounds).

• Plants and seeds now tell you if they are unwatered, untilled, freezing or overheating on hover.

• Added 24-hour time option

• Added enemy stunning

• Made common afowl easier to defeat

• Adjusted research

• Added combat tutorial to skull island (and made it a bit bigger)
