Settings search: a search box at the top of Settings finds any setting in your language and jumps straight to its page.
Recent tabs: the settings sidebar lists your three most recently visited tabs, so bouncing between distant pages no longer takes a full scroll.
Pointer responsiveness presets: pick Precise, Balanced, or Fast under Settings → OpenVR → Controller. Precise adds stability for unsteady hands, Fast minimizes click and scroll latency.
Bigger, more readable UI: the whole dashboard is now drawn 1.5× larger, and the default text scale is 115%. Adjust it from 85% to 150% under Settings → Accessibility — your existing text-size preference is carried over automatically.
Overlay resolution presets: the free-form resolution sliders are replaced with landscape and portrait presets that stay sharp at your chosen text size.
Devices panel: the device battery list is now its own panel docked below the dashboard in VR. The desktop window keeps the inline list.
Monitors in the overlay list now show friendly names like Display 1 instead of raw system paths.
The active overlays list now uses a card layout with bigger buttons — easier targets for the VR laser.
Settings that need something else enabled (an experimental feature, SteamVR running) now stay visible but dimmed with a hint explaining how to enable them, instead of disappearing and shifting their neighbors around.
Bug Fixes
Fixed a fast trigger pull from a resting hand losing the click entirely — the first click now always registers.
Fixed rapid clicking on popout buttons (steppers, soundboard pads) being silently capped, and popout buttons now show a pressed look the instant you pull the trigger.
Fixed clicking a toggle twice in a row with the desktop mouse dropping the second click.
Fixed a brief stall after every click in VR.
Fixed VR overlay actions started from the desktop window (such as popping tabs out) failing silently — they now work, and real errors are reported.
New overlays open directly in front of you again, facing where you look, instead of fanning out to the side and below your gaze.
Improvements
Big responsiveness pass in the headset: clicks on the dashboard, popouts, and the desktop window now show up on the very next frame instead of waiting out internal refresh throttles.
Buttons, toggles, and tabs change state the instant you click them instead of briefly fading.
The VR keyboard now buzzes the moment your finger presses a key, not after the press has been processed.
Mirrored desktop windows follow your cursor more closely while you interact, with less pointer trail — and slow, deliberate drags move smoothly instead of freezing and snapping.
Smoother, more consistent input timing overall — internal update loops now run at their intended rates.
Controller vibration now has its own Haptics page under Settings → OpenVR, and desktop handoff has moved to Settings → OpenVR → General.
