Patch Notes for Version 0.17.24 - Simplified and Traditional Chinese

This update to the demo brings the following features and bug fixes:
- The sound volume slider now works.
- The setting menu can be accessed while in the game.
- Fixed the issue where music would sometimes play twice overlapping.
- Simplified and Traditional Chinese are now available in the language menu.
- Fixed the issue where joining a multiplayer game made your UI extra large.
