Class Select UI Simplified

The Class Select UI has been improved so that it's a bit less cluttered and easier to reason about. We've still got more improvements to make to this, but we think this is a good start.

Introducing.... CAMPAIGN BUILDER

- Main Menu -> Extras -> Campaign Builder

Minimize / Restore Behavior Improved

This should help SteamDeck users. When you restore the game from a minimized state, it should be less likely to go black or require a second minimize-restore combination.
