Dear players,
Work on the Enhanced Edition continues to move forward.
In this update, we've focused on improving gameplay flow, progression efficiency, combat presentation, and world immersion. Our goal is to reduce repetitive actions while making the overall experience smoother and more enjoyable.
Here's what's included in this update:
A new Auto Battle option has been added.
When enabled, duel battles will play automatically without requiring players to repeatedly hold the Space key, making it much easier to sit back and watch the battle unfold.
To reduce repetitive late-game management, we've added:
Batch Exchange
Batch Upgrade
Batch Promotion
Players can now consume materials of a selected quality all at once to obtain up to five new items in a single operation, including:
Equipment
Miscellaneous items
Skill cards
Soldier cards
The more materials invested, the better the chance of obtaining higher-quality results.
A new Activity Log sidebar has been added.
It automatically records your recent actions and supports:
Automatic fading
Manual expand
Manual collapse
This makes it easy to review what you've recently accomplished.
A new NPC, the Quartermaster, has been added.
Players can now recycle unwanted weapons and equipment in exchange for Merit.
Sandbox Battle Practice now also rewards Merit.
Merit can be accumulated and later exchanged at the Quartermaster for:
Soldier Card Upgrade Attempts
This creates stronger progression links between different gameplay systems.
Equipment slots now display item quality directly on the equipment frame.
This makes your current equipment setup easier to read at a glance.
We continued polishing character animations and world presentation:
Added dialogue animations for spear guards.
Added archery training animations in the military camp.
Updated several combat idle animations.
Fixed animation deformation issues affecting Liu Bei.
Further improved the overall atmosphere and presentation of the game world.
This update also resolves several gameplay issues, including:
Fixed an issue where players could still switch characters after Zhang Fei failed the final Wang Fu battle.
Fixed quest items failing to be obtained when the inventory was full.
Fixed Divine Weapons not being properly counted in statistics.
Fixed rare cases where another NPC's portrait could incorrectly appear during the protagonist's self-dialogue.
Fixed various additional minor bugs and stability issues.
Work on the Enhanced Edition continues according to plan.
Our next areas of focus remain:
Further UI iteration
Stronger combat feedback
Continued progression improvements
Higher-quality presentation
Better gameplay responsiveness
Our goal has never changed:
To make every action feel smoother, every progression more rewarding, and every battle more satisfying—while continuing to shape Jimo Theater: Three Kingdoms into the Enhanced Edition we truly want to deliver.
Thank you for your continued support, feedback, and patience. Your suggestions continue to help shape the future of the game.
