Tape 101: Liminal Descent Demo · published
Hi all, this is Suversa!
I’ve just pushed a quick hotfix for Tape 101: Liminal Descent demo to address some of the control issues reported by the community. Please restart your Steam client to ensure the update downloads.
RC Car Control Rework: Re-engineered the entire input system, this resolves the camera "drift" and responsiveness issues some players were experiencing with the RC car.
Deployment Safety: Added a 1.0s cooldown to the RC car deployment. This prevents input locks and camera displacement previously caused by spamming the "Q" key.
Signal Recovery Fix: Fixed a critical bug where reconnecting to the RC car after a signal loss would cause permanent input lock and camera displacement.
Collision Updates: Added missing collisions to stair railings in Chapter 1: "Shock."
Chapter 2 Balancing: Adjusted the ladder position at the end of Chapter 2: "Denial" to ensure the RC car is required to progress as intended.
Controller Support Note: Native controller support has been temporarily disabled while I finalize testing. This ensures a bug-free experience for now; it will be re-enabled once fully optimized.
Thanks everyone for your support, you will never know how much this means to us, keep them coming.
