Hello! Today's 20XX 1.31 patch fixes a bunch of bugs that 1.30 introduced.

CHANGES:
- Added a Discord link (to our official Discord community) at the title screen. For now, this link only appears in English, but we'll change that very soon.
- Draco no longer double-dips with the Dracopent Helmet and Plasma Blender. (It still grants him a charge - it does not slow the rate of combo decay.)
- Reduced Unstoppable Force's two-hit combo SFX.
- Added a Quick Restart button in Seed Racer plays.
- Added the DLC Availability button back to the title screen for Draco.
FIXES:
- Save and Quit no longer forces the Unstoppable Hammer back into Draco's unwilling hands.
- Fixed an issue causing Draco's Plasma Blender to ramp up too quickly.
- Fixed an issue with Draco's Rippling Axe first swing.
- Fixed an issue where Vika and Jest couldn't undevelop Core Augs. (I'm not sure why they'd want to, but hey, you do you.)
- Fixed broken Advanced Options menu translations.
- Removed an old debug trigger that somehow was causing folks trouble.
- Removed some 1.3 Augs that shouldn't've been showing up with the Purist Skull active.
OUTSTANDING:
- Draco's voice SFX are still really quiet.
