-added launch option to use Directx 11. (helps with some players crashing)
- improve cultist AI
- change weather particle collision type to distance field
- increased the reload speed effectiveness/fixed incorrect text on power-up
- increased effectiveness of attack power power-up
- increased chance rats find tickets in food
- throwing rat food now teleports your rats to you
