Hotfix 0.2.9

Hotfix 0.2.9 is now available.

## Ship visuals
- Fixed a bug that could cause the visual model of ships to appear as if it were sailing sideways.
- Player ships, NPC ships, and trade-route ships now maintain their heading correctly while continuing to rock naturally with the waves.

## Navigation improvements
- Transitions between the helm and cannons are now smoother.
- The ship can begin moving as soon as the anchor is raised, without waiting for the visual animation to finish.
- Speed changes now accelerate and decelerate more naturally.
- Changing sails during a transition now responds correctly without sudden jumps.
