Fixed spirit root "reach 6" achievements never unlocking (existing saves unlock them automatically)
Fixed "Withered Recovery" at safe zones reducing HP instead of restoring it at high health
Fixed "Close and Seal" finisher having no effect, and its description numbers overlapping after upgrade
Fixed "Blood Rage" buff icon not displaying; keyword tooltip text updated to match
Fixed the left column of buff/debuff hover panels becoming invisible after splitting
Fixed "Remnant Links of the Golden Chainmail" showing an incorrect energy cap
Added the missing text for the "Wraith's Grasp" enemy intent

The Suffering Maiden boss fight now properly triggers its aftermath story and unique achievement, with new father-daughter battle dialogue
New thorns retaliation effect "Encircling Spikes" with matching sound
