Camera inversion controls and fluid dynamic settings

- Camera inversion settings have been added to the settings screen.
- In an effort to improve performance on slower machines including the Steam Deck, there is a setting that will disable the fluid dynamics. This is visual only and does not in any way impact buoyancy or wave math.
- More quality of life improvements.
