Spellfall Update - Matchmaking Restored

Matchmaking has been restored and the maintenance notice has been removed.

I spent some time investigating a potential Steam networking upgrade, but ultimately reverted back to the previous setup to ensure stability. Team modes, invites, and matchmaking are all functioning normally again.
