QOL Update: New gameplay options and small fixes

Back on the Wind's Path again with another update!

More Quality of Life options to make the game just a little more enjoyable!

New Input setting behavior:

• Nintendo button layout now changes "Accept" to A button and "Cancel" to B button. Using the right mouse button to cancel is no longer an option in pop-ups and menus.

New Gameplay options:

• Added a gameplay option to turn vibration on and off.

• Added a gameplay option to automatically skip all cutscenes.

• Added a gameplay option to skip the hub world and go from level to level directly.

Difficulty settings have their own menu in the settings screen now:

• Difficulty options have their own separate menu in the settings menu for better organization and less clutter inside gameplay options.
