aiming hotfix on beta

So folks mentioned some of the following items, so a hotfix is on the beta branch-you can lock much further away

-you cannot accidentally lock onto a friendly target when you accidentaly shoot,

unless you use the lock button
unless there is nothing else to target -fishing is bit easier.
