Buried Below Releases August 21 - We're Approved!
After the unexpected delays during Steam's review process, Buried Below has now been fully approved for release.
Our new and final launch date is:
Friday, August 21, 2026 at 19:00 CEST
Thankfully, the delay only pushed the release back a little over a week from our originally planned August 12 launch.
Thank you to everyone who stuck with us through the delay, especially those who were already waiting to play last week.
The response to Buried Below so far has been incredible. Thousands of people have claimed or downloaded the demo across Steam and itch.io, hundreds have already entered HuyverWoud, and the game has passed 1200 wishlists here on Steam.
Now it's finally time for the complete experience.
The demo only shows the beginning.
