Beta 0.4.7: Electric synergies, new mutations, and clearer combat

Ad Iterum · published 21 Aug 2026, 11:18 UTC · build 24860220

All newsPlayers around this dateRead on Steam

Two builds landed since the last update, bringing new gear and dungeon mechanics alongside a fairly chunky round of interface polish.

Shock, chemicals, and sabotage

Five new electric and chemical weapons are now in, together with electric synergies. Automated turrets  can also be sabotaged if you have the skills.

The dungeon keeps getting stranger

Digestive World and Abyssal Darkness can now reshape biomes, while Scar Tissue and Pathogenic Organic Mines adds new mutation options. There is also a new Nullification Therapy Injector for when your current condition needs a drastic change.

Enemies are easier to read

Enemies now display icons for their intended actions, and hovering over statuses shows a tooltip with  more details. Stairs, inspection controls, tutorials, and safe-zone NPCs have also received clearer  contextual information.

Small things that add up

Anti-venom now provides temporary poison immunity, Sentinels are no longer immortal, gas vents quiet  down at a distance, several inventory and boss-access issues were fixed, and the mini-map, status rail,  mutation messages, Memories, Gene Grafts, and reset-progress UI all received some attention.

Thanks for playing!
