The next region is here!

Hi Terraformers,

I'm pumped to announce that a new region, Tidehaven, is here!

Tidehaven is a barren volcanic wasteland and it's up to you to transform it back into the tropical oasis it once was.

This region introduces some new mechanics and I'd love to hear what you think of them.

First up is automation. You'll unlock a new building called the Resource Hub, which gives you additional storage and houses collection drones that automatically gather resources for you. That means more time building and fighting. And less time running around collecting.

Tidehaven also introduces food and water production. Supply crates are much less common here, so you'll need to build up your own production to keep yourself, and your settlers, safe from hunger and dehydration.

There are also plenty of new items and enemies waiting for you, including flying enemies that soar right over your walls and target your defenses.

Fortunately, you'll have two new turrets to help deal with them.

The Interceptor isn't much use against enemies on the ground, but it devastates anything in the air, so you'll want to sprinkle a few around your base.

You'll also be able to unlock the Nova Mortar, the game's first area damage turret. It's slow to fire but will target and do heavy damage to large hordes of enemies.

Some of you may have also noticed that I snuck professional translations into the game!

I'm really excited to make Project Tomorrow accessible to more players around the world. On a personal level, this is also the first game I've ever localized, so getting this into the game feels like a massive milestone for me.

Please let me know what you think of Tidehaven and all the new systems. Your feedback continues to be incredibly helpful as I build the game.

Thank you for playing!

Ryan

In-game event2 Sep 2026Getting Out of the Player’s Way"Busy Trash" It’s not the feedback I wanted to hear, but it was feedback I needed to hear. Players were spending too much time managing inventory and navigating menus — and not enough time actually playing the game. So the latest update takes a big swing at fixing that. Your backpack now has 50% more storage at every upgrade level , and I’ve moved a feature I was originally saving for Region 2…In-game event22 Aug 2026Fixing what was broken“It’s boring.” That’s the constructive criticism I heard most after the demo launched on Monday. And you know what? You were right. Every action you took brought the next enemy wave close but terraforming increased every second. That meant one of the strongest strategies was also the least interesting one: Sit around and do nothing. So I changed it. Terraforming has been completely reworked Ter…Community17 Aug 2026You Can Finally Play Project TomorrowI’ve been working on this game whenever I can for over a year, and today is a pretty big milestone for me: you can finally play it. The demo takes you through the first region of the game and introduces the core systems: building, terraforming, exploration, and combat. There’s a lot more still to come, including food, water, and automated mining systems that are introduced in the second region.…
