---Orros 1.2Currently working on the Templates chapter of the superheroic TTRPG. Still have interstitial art I need to do. This chapter has taken longer than expected, given that I've been playing a lot of games in the interim. The new chapter will contain, as its name suggests, templates to create archetypes of enemy as a tool for game masters to make opponents and combatBelitI've had this idea for a chess-like boardgame for a while, called Belit. Which is a canonical congame (constructed game) from my universe of Keygemin. It follows the theme of triads, central to Keygemin's storytelling. This game has a rock-paper-scissors like predator pray mechanic. Each of the three pieces, Melee (red circle), Magic (blue triangle), and Ranged (yellow square), has a different movement and attack quirk. The melee unit can move and capture octolinearly. The ranged unit can move and capture 6 spaces orthogonally, with an optional 1 square sidestep. The magic unit can move and capture 4 spaces diagonally, also with a 1 square sidestep. All pieces have a prey piece which they can attack remotely, and a predator piece they can't attack at all.I had a lot of dials to control this game with including allowing remote attacks, attack ranges, number of pieces, win threshold etc. I've vibecoded up a bunch of "belit engines" to test millions of games running in the background over the last few days. I am happy to say that, according to the math involved, that the pieces are balanced within 10%, while also having rules that remove white's first player advantage... supposedly. I'll trust the AI on this one, its a better mathematician than me.The "Real" AI Art?Ever wonder what happens when you tell AI to make art with software without letting it use an image model. You get what I call "real AI art". Containing almost no training data as people don't tend to draw this way. Learning basically only from github repos on SVG icons, these bad boys are Gemini 3.8's earnest attempt at drawing art.You make like it, but this is what peak efficiency looks like.A fire salamander.Space crane.---
