Campaign Forge · published

The short version: Campaign Forge enters Early Access on November 27, 2026 —
a bit later than the August window we first posted.
The reason: something better landed on the calendar. Campaign Forge will
be part of Steam Next Fest in October, and before that the Party-Based RPG
Fest (September 14–21) — and both deserve a proper, playable demo rather than a
rushed launch. The extra weeks go into exactly the build you'll play first.
The free demo arrives in September, in three acts:
- Play immediately — a hand-crafted opening chapter, no setup at all.
- Forge your own world — the full generator, running entirely on YOUR
machine with the bundled local AI. No account, no API key, no cloud. Your
world, chapters 1 and 2, written for your choices.
- Forge a boss — design a boss encounter in the same tool we use, then
fight it.
And because the demo and the full game share their save data: whatever you
forge in the demo carries straight into the full game — your world, your
saves, your bosses.
Wishlist Campaign Forge to hear the moment the demo goes live. See you on the
Ember Road.
