Ahoy, pirates!

We just crossed 100,000 wishlists, and we had to stop and take that in for a second.

When the Steam page went live back in February, we genuinely had no idea if a lot of folks would show up for silly pirates with extendo arms. Turns out a lot of you were exactly our kind of weird.

It's been a long way...

From the page launch, to landing in the Top 50 most-played demos at Next Fest, to millions booty slaps on the beach, to right now - every step of this was you. The players who streamed it, the friends who got dragged into a lobby and never left, everyone who slapped a booty and told someone about it. This number is yours.

What's next

The big one is close. Early Access launches August 18, and we're heads-down making sure the full crew experience is everything the demo promised - and a lot more.

Now's the time to start booking your friends for August 18. And if they say they're busy? That's exactly what we built matchmaking for - nobody sails alone.

We're a small team in Kyiv making games through some genuinely hard days, and 100k people believing in this dumb, wonderful game keeps us going. Thank you for being here, sincerely.

See you soon

— Last Pirates Team 🧡

But some days, things get in the way. This morning a strike landed right next to our office in Kyiv. The window of the room where part of our team works is broken, the whole team is still shaken, and one of our colleagues was hurt, her arm is bandaged now.
