Rent Due v0.1.5

A quick follow up to The County Update, focused on the bank and a handful of bugs you reported.

Bank Rework

  • The bank now lends against your equity: what you own MINUS what you owe. Buying property with borrowed money no longer inflates your own credit line.
  • Rental income only counts toward your credit line once a tenant has actually paid you at least once, and the bank counts a smaller window of it. Freshly signed leases prove nothing to the bank.
  • The bank warms up to a new landlord over time: one loan at a time until day 10, two until day 25, three after that. The credit line itself starts capped and grows as your business earns.
  • Nothing is taken away from existing saves: loans you already signed keep their terms, your limit is simply recalculated from what you have genuinely built.

Fixes

  • Fixed a double voice when demanding the full amount from a tenant who is short on rent. Conversations no longer talk over themselves, and tenants no longer re-greet you mid argument.
  • A doorstep "pay the rest later" deal could lose the owed remainder if you left without taking the check. The balance now always lands on their next payment, and the tenant's page shows what they still owe from the door until it is paid.
  • Sam's course could get stuck on the collect rent lesson if you collected at the tenant's door before using the office computer. Fixed, and saves already stuck will advance automatically.

Keep the reports coming, in game or in the Discord. They get read and they get fixed.
