Italian, and a long list of fixes pulled straight from your bug reports. Some of these have been broken since the first week and finally got tracked down.
Italian
The game is now playable in Italian, text and voice. Every menu, the laptop, the phone, the doorstep conversations, the whole of Uncle Sam's course, and both owners at the gate reading their asking prices out loud. That is five languages now, alongside English, Spanish, French and German.
Fixes
- Fixed bug where house markers disappeared as soon as you walked up to a property, so you had to walk back to the middle of the road to see where to go next.
- Fixed bug where a door you had just opened shut itself again a moment later, so the front door seemed to refuse you even though the doorway was clear.
- Fixed bug where filing an inspection report could seal you inside the house with every door shut.
- Fixed bug where a door stayed locked even when you were standing inside the home.
- Fixed bug where an inspection asked you to document findings that were not in the room, because grime on the outside walls counted as evidence and got labelled with whatever room was nearest through the wall.
- Fixed bug where the auction sold a different property than the one it had advertised for days.
- Fixed bug where a loan could not be paid off with the money it lent you, because settling a note asked for the whole term's interest up front and left the button greyed out.
- Fixed bug where a hired manager did nothing and could not be found anywhere until you assigned them homes by hand.
- Fixed bug where a manager kept covering a home you had already sold, eating one of their slots.
- Fixed bug where ultrawide monitors lost the bottom of a page, because every screen gave up vertical room as the monitor got wider.
- Fixed bug where you could not leave the office, because nothing on screen told you which key walks you out.
- Fixed the crash that was still hitting some small laptops after the DirectX 11 switch last update. Machines with little graphics memory now run textures at half size.
