Rent Due v0.1.2: pick your pace

Two game modes

New saves now ask how fast life should move before you start:

  • NORMAL is the classic pace. A full day runs close to four minutes, sleep skips up to 8 hours, and there is room to breathe between rent days.
  • FAST is for landlords who never sit still. Two minute days, 12 hour sleep skips, rent and tenant calls coming in thick and fast.

The choice is per save, so you can keep a calm main save and a chaos one on the side. Existing saves continue on the Normal pace.

Fixed

  • Hanging up on tenant calls works again. Our last update accidentally broke the hang up button on calls, which left you stuck on the line if you didn't like any of the options. Sorry about that one. Every call now has a hang up button while the choices are on screen, and hanging up counts as politely declining.

More fixes and some bigger content are already in the works. Keep the reports coming: Esc in game, then REPORT A BUG.
