Farm Factory Simulator · published · build 25523349
Hi farmers, 😄
Thank you for continuing to play Farm Factory Simulator during Early Access, and for sharing your feedback, suggestions, and bug reports through the Steam Discussions and the in-game Bug Report / Feedback feature.
This update expands late-game progression to Player Level 35, adds new Store and Factory expansion areas, extends several Store and delivery systems, and makes Machine speed upgrades more meaningful for processing Machines.
Here is what is included in this update.
The Player Level cap has been increased from Level 30 to Level 35.
These additional levels extend several existing progression systems instead of simply adding empty levels.
New progression includes:
Store Expansion B
Factory Expansion D
Factory Expansion E
Additional Cashier capacity
Additional Bag Rack capacity
Additional Supply Crane slots
Additional Drone Delivery Station capacity
Wide Store Rack
This gives late-game factories more room to expand their Store, production areas, checkout capacity, delivery operations, and Supply Crane network.
Machine speed upgrades now have a larger effect on processing Machines.
Previously, upgrading Machine speed did not reduce the time required to process a recipe batch.
With this update, higher speed levels now also reduce processing duration for supported processing Machines.
This applies to:
Kitchen & Oven
Mixer
Cannery & Press
Composter
Loom
Dairy Station
Juice Press
Supported mirrored variants also receive the same behavior.
As Machine speed level increases, each processing batch can be completed faster. At the currently available maximum speed level, processing time is significantly shorter than at Level 1.
Processing duration information shown on Machine monitors and recipe-related interfaces has also been updated to reflect the effective processing speed.
This makes speed upgrades more meaningful for production lines that depend heavily on processing throughput.
Three new expansion areas have been added to late-game progression:
Store Expansion B
Factory Expansion D
Factory Expansion E
Store Expansion B provides additional room for larger retail layouts as Store capacity increases.
The new Factory expansions provide more space for larger production lines, Storage systems, conveyor routing, and other late-game factory setups.
These areas are integrated into the existing world and progression system, allowing factories to continue growing beyond the previous progression limit.
The Supply Crane system can now support up to 8 Crane slots.
Two additional Supply Crane slots have been added, giving larger Store setups more room to expand their supply network.
The Supply Crane Control Station has also been expanded to display and manage all eight slots.
This provides more Supply Crane capacity for larger late-game Store layouts.
Two new Store Rack options have been added for larger retail setups.
Large Store Rack
The Large Store Rack can hold up to 24 items, doubling the capacity of the standard Store Rack.
Wide Store Rack
The Wide Store Rack can hold up to 48 items, providing four times the capacity of the standard Store Rack.
These higher-capacity racks can reduce how frequently shelves need to be restocked and provide more options when organizing larger Store layouts.
Several Store and delivery limits have been increased to support larger late-game factories.
Cashier and Bag Rack
The maximum number of Cashiers and Bag Racks has been increased from the previous limit of 4 to a maximum of 6.
This gives larger Stores more checkout capacity as customer-facing areas continue to expand.
Drone Delivery Station
The maximum number of Drone Delivery Stations has also been increased from 7 to 9.
This gives delivery-focused factories more room to expand their Drone delivery network.
Supported objects can now be renamed while the player is carrying a box.
Previously, the input used to begin renaming could also trigger the box throw action, preventing the rename interaction from completing.
With this update, holding the rename interaction while aiming at a supported object will prioritize renaming instead.
The box will remain in the player's hands before, during, and after the rename process.
This applies to supported renameable objects such as:
Machines
Store Racks
Supply Drop Areas
Box Storage
Objects that do not support custom names, such as Cashiers and Bag Racks, continue to use their normal box interaction behavior.
This should make factory organization more convenient when placing and naming multiple Machines or Storage-related objects.
