This will be the week 86 devlog. I didn't do as much, as last week was a bit of crush for me, so I did work a bit slower on some side projects. I've been doing a bunch of rapid prototyping and revisiting some older projects in my catalogue to see if there is anything quick I can finish up. There are going to be inkscape screenshots.

---Game Jam 3000This is the initial draft logo art for Orbweaver. 2nd best spider I've ever drawn. There are like 11 different layers that make this up, due to the way rendering in SVG works, if you don't layer it properly, some pixels will bleed so you have to have some overlap. Its a real pain, you can't just butt elements up end to end.Unknown TilesetI am making an attempt at creating an isometric tileset, for what I'm not yet sure. However, I'm basing it off a color scheme I used for Facet Final and Facet Fury which you would have seen following my game jam projects. Creating an isometric tileset is an entirely different beast to making square tileset, and getting them to fit is difficult. I'm not even sure if I like the two grass tiles I created in the corner. Though I do want the tileset to be a truely unique minimalist style. The tiles on the right side are actually from a set I saw on pintrest, and recreated for reference.ShapesmithsI was looking at this concept which became a vibecoded game I rapidly prototyped called "Trambright". That idle / incremental game has a fun progression loop, whose advancement mechanics I lifted from Astroneer. I figured it would make a cool 2d top down or text-based resource management game, focused on base building and expansion. It would be a numbers thing as less about organization. Going for scale and complexity instead of the lateral thinking Astroneer often requires. Anyhow, from this image, you can clearly see the inspiration of this sprite if you've played Astroneer for any amount of time.---- Pawn AI
