Fixes:

Locked door sound would not play on doors in the new McGavin House location
Some GPUs would suffer from blurry/pixelated textures regardless of texture quality setting
The player list in the Session Management window on the laptop would take longer than needed when refreshing player list and names
TV movies could be out of sync between players

Additions/Changes:

New "Trainer Only" filter and identifier in the session browser to help newer players find Trainer Sessions
Adjusted probability of events on new maps
