A follow-up to the 3.0 co-op launch with the things you asked about most. 🌐 Pick your co-op language
The host can now choose the game language right in the two-player lobby. The choice syncs to the guest, and your saved party remembers it. Continuing a saved party in a different language? The game now asks whether to keep the selected language or switch back to the saved one.
⏸️ Friendlier co-op pause
Pausing in co-op now opens the normal pause menu (Resume / Settings / Menu). Pausing is local - your partner keeps playing - and a small "your partner is in the pause menu" note appears so a quiet board never looks frozen.
✨ Menu & HUD fixes
The word & hint history now shows the newest entry first and follows new rows automatically.
The main menu no longer jumps as your stats load.
Single Player's Continue button stays put (shown disabled) when there's no saved game.
On Steam Deck, Settings hides the screen-mode row (you're always fullscreen in Game Mode), and the language dropdown opens upward near the bottom of the screen.
The themed background no longer swallows clicks.
