- SELECT MODE, REBUILT: every deployment mode now has dedicated scene art, a distinct tactical emblem and a unified command-deck card treatment. Hovered cards expand immediately; selected cards remain expanded so the active deployment is always obvious.
- LIVING DEFLECTION FEED: the main menu reactor is now a live tactical radar with moving contacts, hostile fire, catches, returns and combat telemetry instead of a baked static action scene.
- REACTOR COMMAND DECK: the main menu has been rebuilt around a clearer three-column console, a randomized twinkling starfield, stronger Active Reaper and Threat readouts, account-resource telemetry, directive progress and a more substantial footer.
- PURPOSE-BUILT COMMAND TILES: Arsenal, Codex, Feats, Highscores, Leaderboards, Jukebox and System controls now use crisp vector pictograms, nested panel frames and responsive focus states in place of the old list-item styling.
- CONTROLLER DEPLOYMENT: Select Mode and the rebuilt command deck support directional navigation, clear focus feedback, persistent selection and controller-first deploy actions.
- TACTILE COMMAND: controller rumble now gives deployment-card hovers, menu confirmations, card choices, Shrines, Aspirations and Arsenal purchases a responsive pulse. Deflects tap lightly, PERFECTs hit harder and taking damage lands with the strongest impact, all governed by your Rumble and Strength settings.
- RUMBLE ON EVERY PAD: controllers that carry their own vibration hardware are now driven directly instead of through the Windows XInput bridge. DualSense, DualShock and other HID controllers rumble properly rather than sending their pulses to a slot that was never listening.
- DUAL-LINK RUMBLE: a pulse meant for one bay can no longer buzz the other player’s controller when two pads occupy mismatched slots in split-screen.
- BLUETOOTH RUMBLE, EXPLAINED: Xbox controllers carry no vibration at all over Bluetooth. That is a Microsoft limitation rather than a setting, so the Controls tab now flags it beside Rumble Strength and links Microsoft’s own support article. Connect by USB or an Xbox Wireless Adapter to feel every deflect.
- RARITY, REFRAMED: the Inventory bulk-salvage rarity selector now uses a purpose-built signal panel with rarity-colored options, bringing it in line with the rest of the command-deck interface.
- INSTANT CARD RESPONSE: mode-card glow, particles and emblem pulses now begin on hover or selection without the delayed bloom or brief full-interface blur.
- DEPLOYMENT, REFRAMED: the deployment screen has a refreshed visual look and feel that better matches the game’s overall aesthetic, with cohesive scene art, animated emblems and command-deck interface treatments.
- BULLET LOOP HARDENED: combat callbacks can no longer invalidate a bullet slot mid-resolution and trigger an undefined-life loop error during the live menu battle or a run.
