Clicks Per Lifetime · published

Per-application tracking. See how many clicks and keystrokes each game
and program has taken - all time, or just this session. It reads the name of the
app you're focused on and nothing else: never window titles, which would expose
documents, URLs and messages.
Pets. Twelve rare drops, earned from input you were making anyway.
Every click, keystroke and scroll is a roll against the drop table, from
1 in 20,000 up to 1 in 8,000,000. Nothing needs to be clicked in here to hunt
one, the odds are shown up front, and they are the real odds. Three achievements
for collecting them.
Stat cards now show which applications your clicks went to.
Achievement progress was frozen. The numbers stopped updating after
your last unlock, so anyone past 100 million clicks saw a permanent
"100,000,000". Achievements were always unlocking correctly - only the display
was stuck.
Keystroke achievements always showed 0 regardless of real progress.
Daily streaks broke unless you restarted. Leaving CPL running overnight
never registered the new day, so a streak could be lost while the app was open
the whole time. Days now roll over while it runs in the background.
Streaks could count a day twice when the app was opened on a new day.
A new default look - calmer, flatter and easier to read at a glance -
along with a new icon and store art.
The Top Applications list is compact enough to read in one glance.
Updates come through Steam now rather than a separate updater.
Nothing is sent anywhere. No accounts, no telemetry, no servers.
It counts how many keys you press, never which ones.
