Added item slot highlights.
Added key glyphs for different keyboard layouts and languages.

Server

Upgraded the leaderboard server to improve stability and prevent frequent leaderboard crashes.

Bug Fixes and UI

Fixed key bindings not working correctly.
Fixed an issue where Malakar would not spawn.
Fixed an issue where players could teleport at the start of a level and fall through the map.
Fixed the minimap texture turning black when refreshing.
Fixed item tooltips not displaying correctly.
Fixed Chain Lightning not working correctly with auto attack.
