Tonight brings a new patch which should fix the majority of current issues.
Thank you to everyone who's been submitting telemetry and bug reports. It's helping more than you know.
- Reworked local multiplayer seat handling around deterministic P1–P6 seats.
- Improved controller-integration with the menu.
- Expanded Steam lobby setup and overhauled interface.
- Added an over-the-net display in competitive to reflect team and details.
- Refined the ball camera to keep the player and ball in view more consistently.
- Strengthened BWAC protection.
- Expanded localization catalog validation and runtime language switching,
including broader non-English catalog coverage, RTL checks, and clearer
marking of locales that remain under construction.
- Added and extended deterministic runtime/invariant probes around multiplayer,
arena rules, input routing, presentation, and crash/input diagnostics.
- Camera framing still needs rendered verification across every zoom preset,
high-ball case, player/ball swap, lateral separation, overhead view, and
wall/corner compression scenario.
- Physical controller and Steam Deck checks remain separate from source/build
validation, including P1–P6 filling, mouse-free roster control, and
controller identity when a remote Steam player is connected.
- Paired Steam/Direct-IP protected-match admission, live Steam avatar callbacks,
and SteamOS/Deck launch/render behavior still need live-device evidence.
- Translation catalogs are not all production-ready: machine-drafted locales
and locales marked Under Construction still need native-language, shaping,
font, and layout review.
