Various fixes for stuttering that would build up during long play sessions.

Fixed Horde Mode kills and other stats not counting properly toward quest progress.
Fixed several quest descriptions showing incorrect progress values.
Fixed language settings sometimes resetting to the system default after relaunching the game.
Fixed a missing wall collider on Floor 3.
Completed quests now sort to the top of the quest list.
Balance
Increased the unlock chance for Epic elemental pulse effects (On Damaged and On Execute).
