Another patch for crashes and getting stuck in intro tutorial.

Fixed players getting stuck in intro tutorial after saving their mix and opening the galaxy due to waiting for old confirmation logic that doesn't exist anymore.
Fixed issue where players couldn't submit feedback during a tutorial (Which is arguably one of the most crucial spots to do so ;-;
Added logic for older amd GPU's which should resolve some PSO pipeline cache crashes.
Fixed Crash related to shutting the game down
Fixed rare crash related to trying to remove instruments during playback.
