Hey everyone, this is just a mini patch.

- Added inverted mouse look for the Y-axis.

I wanted to get this out as soon as possible as it is an accessibility feature.
From here on out, if anyone wants an accessibility feature just leave it as a post in the discussions tab and I will get to work on it. I will probably batch the patches to be weekly to avoid constant patches though.
