EQUILIBRIUM is officially in Coming Soon on Steam. Early Access launches September 10, 2026.

— What is EQUILIBRIUM?

You don't control a character. You control a nation.

EQUILIBRIUM is a geopolitical and macroeconomic simulator built around a single mechanic: the Directive Terminal. You govern by typing commands in natural language — "Cut fuel taxes by 8%", "Nationalize the energy sector", "Declare a state of emergency" — and an AI system interprets your directive in real time, generating a full government dossier: legislative feasibility analysis, budget impact, macroeconomic projections, social consensus forecasts, and a parliamentary vote simulation.

Every decision has consequences. Every term ends in elections. Every default is permanent.

— What's in Early Access?

- 48 playable nations, from 2000 to 2100

- Full macroeconomic model: GDP, debt, inflation, unemployment, sovereign spread, credit rating, fiscal space

- Parliamentary system with dynamic coalitions and voting thresholds

- Long-term reform trees and national objectives

- Grand infrastructure projects with multi-turn effects

- International diplomacy and sanctions

- 29 Steam Achievements

- Full localization: English, Italian, German, French, Spanish, Chinese, Russian

— How is it built?

EQUILIBRIUM is developed by a single person, using a system of orchestrated AI agents to handle design, writing, localization, and testing. The game's core mechanic — the Directive Terminal — runs on Anthropic's Claude Haiku. Every directive you type is processed by the same kind of AI system used to build the game.

— Pricing and philosophy

$19.99. One-time purchase. No DLC. All future updates included forever. The game requires an internet connection to process directives through the AI engine.

— What's next
