Hi everyone! I've updated some of the city visuals this week!

I've been meaning to put something in the blank space surrounding generated cities for a very long time and this week I decided to finally do something about it.

I've also done another job that I've been putting off for months, I've added the - + buttons to the settings on the virus design screen so users can easily fine tune the values.
