* Fixed the one-shots that were happening from some boss weapons and explosions. These weren't intentional.
* Commando can no longer RPG himself to death, that wasn't intentional either.
* Fixed some weirdness between saves, and some crashes on level transitions.
* Added a tutorial for the Commando Knife in Level 1.
