June Round-Up (New Update!)🌳

Heya Sproutling fans!

Green Again got a major update with the new Forge Zone back in March, and it’s about time for another big one! The Lore Tree has been introduced to the game to give the Sproutlings even more support on their terraforming endeavours. In our June monthly round-up, we'll be covering this new upgrade system in detail.

The Lore Tree

A currency called Loreleaves can be earned in each world playthrough by completing and replaying levels, achieving objectives, growing your settlement, or collecting Loreleaf monoliths. You can then use these Loreleaves to unlock upgrades on the Lore Tree, ranging from boosting farm production to buffing buildings and Sproutlings!

The Lore Tree applies its effects across all zones in the same save file, and does not reset upon starting a new game in a different zone (unlike the previous tech tree). This should make each run easier and more satisfying as you accumulate rewards over time. It can also be accessed from either the world map or mid-game to be reset anytime, allowing you to customize your strategies whenever you like.

Aside from the Lore Tree, this update also introduced a variety of decorations and other changes to freshen up your settlements. You can find the full change log at the end of this blog post.

Note: Older save files might not be compatible with this latest version. We recommend starting a new save on the new patch.

What's Next?

We’d like to add more upgrades and customizations to Green Again to increase gameplay variety. There are plans for prebuilt base structures that give players a head start every game, though this will something to work on later. Right now, we’ll be focusing on consolidating the Lore Tree system with further balancing and expansions in the upcoming patches.

The Lore Tree is now ripe for harvest. Check it out in Green Again’s demo and let us know what you think! Your feedback would be really appreciated on how we shape the Lore Tree in the future. Join and follow us on Twitter, YouTube and TikTok to share your thoughts and get the latest news of Green Again!

Community11 Sep 2026Sproutling Diaries 3: Our Beautiful WorldOkay, so this week was even less eventful than the last one. I was on farming duty the whole time, and it's not like I can write about that, right? So, since I can't think of anything better, I guess I'll write about home. But not just my own comfy home back in Town. I should write about the world. Our planet. I wish I could have seen it before Reshaper ruined it. Well, that's not very fair. We…Community4 Sep 2026Sproutling Diaries 2: Totally Towerful!So... It's been a few days since the last entry, and things have been going surprisingly well. Dill said I should also write some things in here even when nothing's going wrong, just so I don't associate this diary with just disasters, so here goes. I spent most of last week on tower maintenance, with Dandelion and Edamame. The power grid was stable (for once) so we were focusing on shoring up…Steam news4 Sep 2026The Green Again Playtest is now live!Hello everyone!
