Added Japanese translations for the UI. This does not include the story and most of the archive entries.
Fixed a bug where returning to the title would cause levels to be unable to load.
Fixed a bug where the selected locale would not be saved.
(Possibly?) Fixed a bug where the character placements in the hub area would be stuck at the center of the map. (Unverified, unable to reproduce consistently. )
