Phasing
Mobs have returned to their old device stats before phasing (due to the inability to phase and improve them).
It is no longer possible to exceed effect limits by phasing internal ship effects (for example, getting 121% evasion on a corsair).
Ship effect phases are now saved when changing ships/leaving the game.
Fixed a bug with an incorrectly functioning Steam library.
This removed the bug with achievements.
This also opened the ability to donate through Steam again.
And unlocked the ability to fully play through Steam.
The donation shop no longer constantly highlights the "Ships" tab due to an error.
For the correct operation of the pickup booster, wait until it wears off and activate it again (or ask the administration to remove your effect).
Added "ignore everything" buttons to the drop filter.
Fixed the display of a player's entry/exit in the group chat.
Drones now show either both structure and durability, or nothing (previously it could show only one).
Removed a bug that allowed you to infinitely stack system/navigation slots on ships due to the new effect system.
Fixed the ability to charge quest item for the supercarrier quest at any star (and it is now tied specifically to the Black Hole in the Eternia system).
Fixed the armor issue with Reactive Armor (gave 8 instead of 3).
Sonar location disclosure now has a 30-60s notification delay for the victim, due to the ability to exit the game immediately upon notification.
