Added color and sizing options to effects. The collection tab now recalls your last configured app, instead of showing that intro message every time.

Then some fixes that may be significant for some folks. One involved the latest AMD driver update triggering HDR thinking YM is a game. Gamepass games should now work. And finally that stuck keys one which still persisted based on a few reports. It should now behave like it did before version 1.9. Why fix what worked ;)
