Added more basic cursors to better capture cursor meaning observed in various games. Then used these to create bundled presets for some popular games.
Building these presets and finding every cursor, especially in WoW, was an adventure... but this uncovered several issues noted among buffs/fixes. Several games were also found without window cursor locking, so added a toggle for that 😊

- NEW: Lock Cursor to Window: Toggle (CTRL ALT L) to keep cursor in the active window.
- NEW: Added 22 basic cursors. Tweaked a few existing ones.
- NEW: Added shared preset "Large Glow" that makes everything large and glowy.

- FIX: Wrong cursors sometimes being added to original cursor list (cursor tab > left column).
- FIX: Some preview UI cursors appearing inconsistent with actual cursors.
- FIX: ALT F4 over any UI will properly shutdown YM.
- FIX: Disable glow for inverted cursors where it cant really work right.
- FIX: Some cursor bindings not applying to games with over 20 bindings assigned.
- FIX: Stop showing hidden cursor when YM is toggled off.
