Added a label to item info panels that shows their sell value
Added visual indication of when trying to purchase items/cards while full
Changed goal calculation curve to increase difficulty on higher fever levels
Bugfixes
Fixed an issue that caused saves to corrupt when closing the game through external methods
Fixed an issue that caused loading saves to place you in the incorrect round
Fixed an issue that prevented saving and quitting at the shop screen
Fixed Item descriptions not properly representing their bonuses for items that scale
Items which grant bonus blotter uses now immediately reflect their change in the shop
