The maintenance was originally scheduled to end at 20:00 (UTC+8) today (April 11), then extended to 08:00 (UTC+8) on April 12.
Now we need to confirm that the maintenance will not end until platform review is fully completed.
To be completely transparent:
The technical issues have already been resolved internally. However, we are still waiting for the final platform approval before we can reopen the servers. This review process is out of our hands, but we fully take responsibility for the delay you are experiencing.
We know "sorry" starts to feel empty after multiple delays.
We truly regret this, and we are genuinely sorry.
What you have already been promised (3 separate mails):
Each mail includes:

Eligibility: Accounts created within 7 days after maintenance ends
How to claim: Log in → in-game mailbox
Expiry: Each mail expires 30 days after being sent
On top of that, we are adding ONE MORE compensation to thank you:
7-Day Daily Login Gift (sent via mail each day after servers open)
Once the platform review passes and servers go live, we will send one mail per day for 7 consecutive days to all players.
Each daily mail contains:
Mysterious Alchemy ×10
Large Stamina ×1
How it works:
Day 1 mail sent on the day servers open
Day 2 mail sent the next day, and so on for 7 days
You only need to log in on a given day to claim that day's mail
Miss a day? You won't receive that day's mail, but you can still claim future days if you log in then
Eligibility: Any player who logs in on any day during this 7-day period
Claim: Log in → mail automatically appears in your in-game mailbox
