Fix: Motion blur if set to 0 could still have some residual blur, now when set to 0 the effect is completely off.

Fix: Clearing error sign on Server bug

Fix: LACP configuration is now preserved when switch goes off (LACP group is removed if cable is removed)

Fix: when warning sign was cleared, it got recreated inside device co-routine

Improved: Money are slightly faster, but IOPS above the requirements have lowered price now. And too much above is 0.
