This build improves account/session safety and global hotkey consistency. EchoKey now shuts down when Steam is no longer running (including Task Manager termination), reducing cases where hotkeys stay active after Steam closes or account context changes. We also improved international keyboard handling for special keys and layout differences so recorded hotkeys match runtime key detection more reliably.
